Examination & Desk Copy Request

The University of the West Indies Press is pleased to provide course instructors with a complimentary copy of a publication they are considering for a course (examination copy) or have already adopted for use in a course (desk copy). Desk copies are issued to instructors upon receipt of your bookstore order for 10 or more copies within 90 days. If the instructor has received an examination copy, this copy shall serve as their desk copy. Please submit requests at least six weeks prior to start of classes.

The University of the West Indies Press reserves the right to limit the number of examination copies sent to an instructor in a year and may limit the quantity of examination copies distributed of a particular title. You have 60 days to examine electronic examination copies. We ask that those who receive examination copies from us refrain from selling, scanning, or redistributing them to others in any form.

Please note that publication dates for forthcoming titles are tentative and subject to change.
