The West Indian Law Journal is published by the Council of Legal Education, West Indies.

The Council is a regional institution and administers three Professional Law Schools – the Norman Manley Law School, in Jamaica; the Hugh
Wooding Law School, in Trinidad & Tobago; and the Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas.
